Footer Widgets

The footer widgets section have 4 columns of widgets area and you can select the number of columns you want to use, that is Footer - Column 1, Footer - Column 2, Footer - Column 3, Footer - Column 4 widget area. You can add the widgets/elements there.

To change the layout and others settings, go to the options at Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer Widgets.
